TOIO products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will either repair the product without charge, or replace it at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.

TOIO gear can be returned for exchange within 15 days.

The goods should not been worn, washed, or damaged in any way.

The original packaging and swing tickets must remain intact, swim wear items will only be accepted with the hygiene sticker still in place. Goods will be inspected on return and refunds or credit for exchange processed within 7 days.

You will be responsible for the delivery charges associated with returning the exchanged item to us and also for delivery charges in sending any replacement items to you.

Refunds for orders placed are credited back to the original credit/debit card or Paypal account on which the order was purchased.
